Western Australia will host the 2026 Soil Science Australia National Conference on Whadjuk Noongar Boodja in Boorloo (Perth), with the theme “Common Ground: Soils for the Anthropocene”.
The conference will be held 1-5 November at Pan Pacific Perth, following the highly anticipated National Soil Judging Competition, 29-31 October.
The conference is expected to convene over 450 attendees and will serve as a platform for a diversity of voices across science, policy, industry and community to explore a mutual understanding of soils as the foundation of productivity, security, community and resilience.
